Cancellation and subscription end
Stop a renewal, check the end date and understand the consequences for your account and credits.

Cancel from your space
Open Premium in your space, find the relevant subscription, select the option to stop renewal, then click “Confirm cancellation”. The status and period end date are shown in your space. This process remains accessible even when new purchases are disabled or adult access is locked.
Renewal managed by Talyni is stopped. The period already paid for normally remains available until its end, subject to account closure, a refund or an applicable access restriction. No new cycle should be charged after cancellation has been recorded.
Linked account and payer
If you pay for a subscription for another workspace you own, you can manage it from your payer account, including after the link has been revoked. Revoking a link does not merge or delete the accounts.
For an older subscription scheduled directly with a provider, contact support with its reference. Confirmation that this payment schedule has been cancelled is still required.
Credits, refunds and deletion
Access included in a subscription period ends according to its expiry date. Top-ups remain separate and follow their own terms. Cancellation is not automatically a refund request: see the refund and withdrawal policy.
To delete your account and data, submit a request in Help and safety. After verification, closure handles renewals and erasure of usage data; necessary financial records are retained. Another linked account is not deleted automatically.
