1. Service and acceptance

The service is provided by D'ABOVILLE VENTURES, a French SAS with share capital of EUR 40, registered in Nanterre under number 109 162 016, 92400 Courbevoie. Information about the publisher is provided in the legal notice. Contact: support@talyni.com or 06 95 76 04 23.

Talyni is a service of fictional virtual personalities available on talyni.com. By creating your space or using the website, you accept these terms. The privacy policy describes data processing; optional consents are collected separately.

2. Artificial intelligence

Talyni characters, including the ones you create, are AI-generated characters: they are not human, conscious or physically available. Replies and media may contain errors or vary between generations. They do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Age and prohibited content

The service is restricted to people aged 18 or over.

• Any content sexually involving or referring to a minor or a person of ambiguous age is prohibited.
• Coercion, exploitation, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, trafficking, blackmail and illegal acts are also prohibited.
• Sexualizing a real person, celebrity or identifiable individual without authorization is prohibited.

Adult access depends on the applicable country or regional rule, the freshness of age verification and feature availability. Unvalidated territories remain closed. A declaration alone does not replace external verification when it is required. A verification result does not grant universal access.

4. Accounts, security and moderation

You are responsible for the security of your account and access credentials. Talyni may refuse a request, suspend an account or retain elements strictly necessary to review an incident in the event of fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms. You can submit a report from “Help and safety” in your space or to support@talyni.com.

5. Trial, subscriptions and top-ups

The number of free replies, prices and offer contents are shown on the website before purchase. The planned catalogue includes a monthly Club with 1,000 replies and 100 media credits, plus one-time top-ups of 100 or 300 media credits. Offers marked “in preparation” are not available for purchase. The total amount, currency, period and applicable access rights must be shown before confirmation.

D'ABOVILLE VENTURES is subject to VAT under the French régime réel normal, VAT number FR92 109 162 016, and does not benefit from the small-business VAT exemption. When an offer is available for sale, the total consumer price, including applicable taxes, and billing currency are shown before ordering. For a subscription, the amount and billing frequency are specified for each period.

Media credits are used to request Talyni creations: in this catalogue, an image currently uses 10 credits and a five-second video uses 80 credits. The applicable creation cost is shown before confirmation. These credits are separate from chat replies; they cannot be transferred between users or converted to cash except through an applicable refund. A reservation is used on delivery or restored if creation fails.

6. Payment and access rights

Web purchases are currently disabled. Prices for planned offers do not trigger a charge and a media draft does not commit you to payment. When card payment is offered, the temporary hold, charging conditions and purchased access rights are explained before confirmation. Returning to the website after payment is not enough to grant access: provider confirmation is required.

The payer retains control of the subscriptions they fund. Access rights and histories of separate accounts are not merged automatically. For an older order or another workspace you own, contact support with its reference.

For a web creation funded with media credits, a refusal or delivery failure restores the creation credits. This does not trigger a bank refund of the original top-up. Purchase refunds and statutory consumer rights are described in the refund policy. Subscription ending procedures are described in the cancellation policy.

7. Your content and generated media

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for requests or content you submit. You grant Talyni limited permission to process them to provide, secure and support the service. Subject to technical providers’ rights and applicable law, generated media is licensed to you for lawful, personal, non-exclusive use.

8. Availability and liability

Talyni aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or identical results for the same request. These limitations do not remove statutory guarantees or consumer remedies, particularly for non-delivery or lack of conformity of digital content or services. An incident may be reported to support for correction and, where applicable conditions are met, a refund.

9. Complaints and consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute, first send a written complaint to support@talyni.com. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may use the consumer mediator appointed by D'ABOVILLE VENTURES free of charge: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice.

You can contact CM2C through its online form, by post at the address above or by email to declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net. Include evidence of your prior complaint and D'ABOVILLE VENTURES’ SIREN number: 109 162 016.

Your request must be submitted within one year of your written complaint. CM2C assesses its admissibility, including whether the same dispute is being examined by another mediator or a court. Mediation does not remove your right to bring a claim before the competent court.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Statutory rules on court jurisdiction remain applicable.
